Terms and Conditions for Balans Loyalty Cards
Present your Royalty Card when purchasing food and beverages at any Balans in London to record points and value.
- For every £1 spent your card will be credited with one point.
- Points can not be earned or redeemed for monies spent on cover charge, door charge, optional service charge, discounted items, meal vouchers, food and beverage credits and additional gratuities.
- Points will be credited in accordance with the final total on the bill less optional service charge and discounts. Points earned for redemptions will be manually adjusted, if necessary.
- On earning 250 points you will be entitled to receive a credit of £25. This is a food credit and can not be redeemed for cash.
- Credits and Part credits are non transferable. Credits can only be redeemed by the cardholder.
- Points are only collectable or redeemable at Balans restaurants in London, England. The Royalty Card can not be used to collect points or redeem credit in Balans restaurants in Miami.
- Only one card will be issued per person. The card is not transferable.
- Two or more people can not collect points on one account.
- The cardholder must be present and be paying the bill in order for points to be credited. Similarly the card holder must be present for any meal credits to be redeemed.
- Only one Royalty Card can be used per transaction to earn points or redeem credit.
- This Royalty Card program is intended to be on-going, but is subject to revision
or cancellation without notice.
- Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- This Royalty Card program is not open to Balans employees.
- Balans Ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept or issue a Royalty Card to any individual without reason or notice.
- Balans will not be responsible for lost or stolen cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, although customers are welcome to apply for a new card.
- Points can only be credited at time of purchase. Points for previous purchases or purchase made without a card can not be credited at a later time.
- Balans reserves the right to make changes and adjustments to these terms and conditions at any time and without notice
- The maximum food and beverage credit that can be redeemed at any one time is £100
