Olive oil
8 oz Scotch Aberdeen Angus beef
(Our mince is supplied by Hensons – the world-renowned traditional butchery at the heart of London’s meat industry for over 100 years)
Sea salt
Freshly ground pepper

Crisp gem lettuce
Fresh beef tomato
Thin slices of red onion
Dill pickle
Crisp smoked streaky bacon
English cheddar cheese

Brioche-style bun lightly toasted on the chargrill


Drizzle each patty with a little olive oil and place onto the chargrill until nicely charred for 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle them with a pinch of salt and pepper and then turn over the patty. Lay a slice of cheddar cheese on top so it starts to slowly melt. Cook for another 6-8 minutes.

Layer the burgers in the toasted buns starting with mayonnaise, tomato, lettuce, then the burger with the melted cheese, followed by the bacon and a slice of dill pickle.
