Jamaican Flip Cocktail

60ml Red Leg spiced rum
25ml gomme syrup
25ml double cream
50ml whole egg

Dry shake all the ingredients together for 30 seconds
Wet shake, (with ice) for a further 20 seconds
Strain into a goblet and garnish with a sprinkling of fresh nutmeg
