Super Grain Salad Recipe

Get your Freekeh on with this recipe for one of our favourite salads that’s as good for you as it is delicious.

Super Grain Salad Recipe with Poppy Seed Dressing.


¼ avocado
A handful of pomegranate seeds
4 golden beets
A handful of baby spinach handful
A handful of kale leaves
50g quinoa (cooked)
A small handful Goji berries
A small handful barberries
50g Freekeh (cooked)
20g Amaranth grain (cooked)
A small handful of hemp seeds
A handful of mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin)

Combine, dress, season & serve.


Poppy Seed Dressing

½ tbsp poppy seeds, (roasted)
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper
100ml olive oil

Combine all the ingredients apart from the poppy seeds to form a dressing then add the seeds.
