Now, we take no prisoners when it comes to the physical expression of our love for chocolate in all its forms at Balans Soho Society. We’ve been known to devour one of our own Chocolate and Cherry Sundaes in less time than it takes to blink. However, even we should we be presented with one of his immaculately constructed confections would have to pause for a moment to admire his skill, to articulate our admiration for his gift and to wonder at the meticulous nature of his craft…before snarfing it down in one go, obvs…
